What a great building! I am one of the early buyers and I have a condo with 2 bed, and 2 baths.

Nice building, but it should have been taller. This is a little to short and will just blend in with all the surrounding buildings. It's rather boring in my opinion.

looks like an inspiring modern structure. Great location! It's going up quickly...

I am one of the early purchasers of a one bedrrom condo and please to follow the progress of the building. Both the former MoMo and Joffrey Balet will compliment eachother and should become a Chicago and State Street landmark. Can't wait to see the finished building

I think this will bring a welcome mod ern structure to this developing area....It is sure to become a "classic" with the ballet being housed there. What a great location, right in the heart of the theater district....can't wait to see it!!!
