There are two comments.
Wow, I believe the previous comment is a bit off base. I've lived in this building more than ten years and can attest of the improvements made. Brand new laundry center six years ago, new sun deck in 2009! The lobby and service area have all been repainted and are maintained much better than when I first moved in. The management company is new and have been very responsive to all issues. Clearly the previous post has been around long enough to see the improvements and doesn't get the big picture. It is an old building, but has been greatly improved.

If I were you stay away from this builiding. The management company don't really care. The elevators are always broken and so are the washers and dryers. They try to keep the apartment 'authentic' but that just means that they don't spend money on the apartments to keep them to a decent standard of health and safety. The only good point about this property is its location everything is just shoddy. I can't wait till my lease is up so I can move out.
