Your Thoughts

There are two comments.

  In the late 1930's the Cable house was home to the northwestern medical fraternity nu sigma nu. I lived in the front third floor room which had a basin and running water. Meals were prepared in the basement and served in the ornate dining room. In 1939 Northwestern completed Abbott Hall and 25 E. Erie was abandoned by us. I am happy to see it preserved and restored.
