Yes, this building is butt-ugly. However, it's a very good example of the style during the time in which it was built. Many structures have been considered eyesores for decades before becoming either old enough or retro enough to be considered cool. It will take some time, but this building will be appreciated in the future.

are you kidding me. Looking at this building too long will give me meningitis. There is no style, no definition and this building is outdated. Peoria is a city that needs better style to their building designs within the skyline. The skyline really needs ideas from local inhabitants who know how an attractive skyline is suppose to go. A good building starts from the inside out. Too many uncoordinated mismatched design patterns will make your skyline look stupid and make your people feel stupid as well. Lets improve Peoria's look
