There are four comments.

  This resto was opened by Riccardo and my mother and stepfather lived on the first floor at Ric's invitation. Since this was the time of the WPA artists and Ric was one of them, he asked Wm. S. and Mona to take their place with his guarantee that they would never have to worry about food. The Chicago group of WPA artists got together and contributed their works for exhibition on Riccardo's Pizzeria Uno's walls and came there at pre-determined days to talk to the diners and to answer their questions about Art works.

  I have been eating Pizzeria Uno's pizza because it is the best tasting pizza ever. I recommend every one to try it once and they will always come back.

  I love seeing this because its an old quaint restaurant surrounded by skyscrapers which gives the city personality. Great pizza, too.
