     An anonymous workhorse of a building tucked into what should be a superstar spot in Chicago's Loop. Perhaps it's the building's dark color and recessed windows that propel its presence backward into the shadows. However, the nearby Daley Center, is similarly constructed, but benefits from a huge public plaza, and a landmark piece of art in front.
