Initially, New Comiskey Park was about as boring a structure that could be built. However, after renovations, "The Cell" is actually really nice. Outfield concourse and Fandeck addition are loved by most who attend a ball game. The area surrounding "The Cell" is gentrifying rapidly, should be interesting to watch the revitalization of that area over the next 10 years
