  Plain, ordinary, routine and dull = completely average. It‘s nothing spectacular, but it's not ugly either - it could be a lot worse.

  Miesian minimalisism reduced to dreadfully dull. A routine box that could be anywhere. What a waste of location.

  Pretty plain and ordinary looking. Not a building I would want to stop and take a long look at. Too bad, because it occupies a great location.
