I have been a CSA fan for a while but just learned about this little Gem today. I am particularly fond of the scroll work beneath the windows. I'm glad to have learned the specifics of it's construction as I was wondering about the subtle differences between the annex and the main building.

The construction on the older part of the building was finished in 1896 (this is the older part of the building to the south, 18 stories high). The taller annex was completed in 1906 at 20 stories. This part was designed by the architect Peter J. Weber. Weber stylistically followed Charles Atwood's original design plan but did not include bay windows. In 1896 the 17 stories of metal frames were completed within 4 weeks, the top 13 floors erected in 14 days, and the building occupied within 9 months of breaking ground!

I don't have any complaints about the building, however, I do have complaints about your tenants with dogs.I walk down Plymouth Court from Van Buren to Jackson almost everyday going to work. As I am trying to avoid a patch of ice, low and behold I see not one but two different piles of dog poop. It is disgusting and so, so irresponsible for the tenants to let and leave their dog's poop on the side walk where people have to walk and then don't bother to clean it up.Just wanted to let you know this.
