  My favorite Chicago hotel by far... Absolutely magnificent inside and out. Beautifully proportioned and detailed. The epitome of timeless elegance.

  While the architecture of the building itself is quite attractive the quality of workmanship of the remodel is marginal. The attention to detail is certainly below what we have come to expect and value from Maarriott. Please do not destroy any more history. Seems we Americans have a nasty habit of that.
