This is the building that laid the way for those hideous condo structures with all that exposed (read: CHEAP!) concrete and balconies hanging from every orifice. Thank God 'da Mare' said no, although about 8 years too late. But this building is useful for the White Hen in the lobby... otherwise, what a waste of a good site.
