I live in this building. It is very noisy. Noise from ambulances of Northwestern hospital, noise from neighbors. Views are excellent. All togetgher this purchase was a mistake. I cannot wait to sell it.This neighborhood suppose to be quite on the rise, which is not reflecting on real estate prices. Hope It'll change.

the diagonal siting of the tower always strikes me as precocious within the context of its immediate neighborhood (I'm sure tenants appreciate the views nonetheless)
