Noise from ambulances of Northwestern hospital, noise from neighbors. Views are excellent. All togetgher this purchase was a mistake. I cannot wait to sell it.This neighborhood suppose to be quite on the rise, which is not reflecting on real estate prices. Hope It'll change.
