Your Thoughts

There are four comments.

The work on Madison Plaza was started in the fall and winter of 1979. H. Adam Holcman was the first Construction Field Superintendent on this Building; It was built by Schal Associates, Inc., 33 West Monroe, Chicago. I also built the Miro Sculpture and finished the Rehab work on Orchestra Hall on Michigan Ave. during those two years. I left Chicago and moved to Texas at the end of December,1982. The base building work of Madison Plaza was done by then, but there was much empty tenant space and work still to be completed.

This building has a nice view next to Sears Tower when looking south on Wells from the El.

This building is home to my future college, Harrington College. I find the building to be beautiful from street level and from aerial views. The inside is also very nice.
