There are three comments.

  I never really understood why this didn't work better commercially. An attractive-enough building (note the Chicago windows, although mixed with other styles), in a prime retail location...where did they go wrong?

  It was very sad to see all of the stores closed in this mall. I preferred to come to this mall rather than going to Watertower. I hope they are able to rent it to keep Saks there. It's a beautiful building.

  The shopping mall is a disaster. Totally unworkable and not very retail user friendly.
