I had worked in this building during some upgrades they were doing. So as no to have this come back to me I must leave a lack of detail what. (for any doubters- Sarah Something -build manager,George-Cheif Egineer, Some horse face woman at the front desk - it used to be some fellow with a grey streak in his hair-josh? not sure, his father also worked there as an egineer but was released for some reason after he incured an injury - onsite by the way...) Anyway, while my duration at that place I witnessed bed bugs -Yes bed bugs being removed from the building through the back via furniture of ones unit! Smoking of egineers in locations there not outside of the building, thus breaking city ordinace. Cars being gone through suspiciously by valet , I say this because there was only two cameras in the garage and conveniently did so out of there view.... The place is ridiculous and for the amount one pays I dont know how they tolerate it.
Do not rent or buy at 777!!! People have been moving out because of the management and their rules. They issue fines for everything. When I moved some furniture in, they fined me $300.00 because the movers finished at 4:37 not 4:30 on the button. I also lost a sandle on the roof one day, and they fined me for walking back to my unit barefoot. ($150.00). The board of directors are crazy. They installed pin whole hidden cameras with audio in the elevators. Its out of control. I am warning you...DO NOT MOVE IN 777. I sold my unit because their was nothing I could do.
