  • Summer, 2007: Work began to convert the top 15 floors of this building to condominiums called The Park Monroe. Balconies were added, and the residential portion of the building got different cladding than the office portion.

  I like how I am starting to see the building's upper floors change dramatically, the crown for the renovation has actually been updated, instead of trying to curve the top, they are going to extend the current crown more towards Millennium Park, in a new curtain wall glass. Can't wait till it's finished.
