The lack of imagination and design ingenuity is appalling, and make the "Black Rock" former B of A Building in San Francisco (think "Towering Inferno") look bright and airy in comparison. Where is any memorable and unique design? It's a stack of plain dull warehouses set on end, a throwback to the dull '70's era., more suitable for an industrial district, but an anathema on the waterfront.

The location is wonderful - a ten! What it adds to the skyline is a zero. A stack of dominoes stacked on a factory building.

Location, Location. I agree that the exterior view of this building is not the most grand in Chicago. But the layout and the views from the units is awesome. Great building to live in. Pool, gym, service, deck, parking. Great place to live!

if it doesn't withstand bomb blasts, someone should get their architectural fees back. god, what an ugly building.
