The building is certainly nice but not spectacular. I guess it'll soon be pretty easy to get a place there since the views are about to be decimated by on-going Wolf Point construction.I don't, for the life of me, understand why the residents didn't just start a special assessment and buy up the property rights to Wolf Point. I get that the Kennedy's were involved but hey, money talks! People who live in RiverBend aren't exactly struggling to make ends meet. Now, their once pristine views are about to go away.

This building is in a great location with easy access in and out of the city. Even if the Kennedys build, you have the width of the beautiful Chicago river as a buffer, forever. This part of the city is getting better and better with new buildings planned and the riverwalk now funded and approved. Go to the 95th floor of the Hancock and have a drink at night--you can see the blue lighting standing like a lovely beacon on the western edge of the loop.

A harmless building whose only fault is simply that it occupies a site which should have been reserved for a great building, on the sight line looking due west along the river. Ah, well, we're no doubt stuck with it for generations.

Looks that the Kennedy family will in my life time never build @ Wolf Point. Thanks SUB PRIME lending... Looks like the owners were very smart or just Lucky. You have to check out the River walk . There are more wedding photos taken there then than at Holy Name Cathedral. Clean up and revitalization of Chicago river is River bends gain. Was just on party floor on 4 floor..What a view . The Boat traffic in front of building is surreal.

This is one of the loveliest buildings in the city. Now that buildings are filling in around it, it blends into a beautiful skyline. As a resident I can tell you that I've never lived anywhere where the people were as friendly and the staff as courteous. The 11 foot ceilings, large balconies and spacious floor plans, as well as the solid construction and quietness add to the ambience. Every condo faces east with windows facing the river. Our hallways are on the western side with a wall of windows facing the western city, suburbs and sunsets. It's like living in an eagles nest on the side of a mountain.

The building is fantastic in every way. The architecture is great. The staff is more than courteous. The balconies are spacious. The party and workout facilities are the nicest I've seen in comparable buildings. The high ceilings are definately a plus. The neighborhood is improving every day.The views during the daytime are nice but during the evenings are some of the nicest in the City. In summary I can't say enough about this building.

I like how it compliments the river and west line of Metra. It's a neat building to look at, also at night, rather than the day. The east side looks nice for views that residences live in. The west has good views for people who like to relax in the hallways.

I lived in Marina City and i really enjoyed looking at this building and the "blue" light. Or would you rather look at the Metra tracks and parking lots. That is what's wonderful about Chicago. Morden and old.

This building almost couldn't be any uglier. The horrible parking base it's placed on to start, then lets talk about the BLUE NEON lights that outline it @ night ... TACKY.What an ugly sight to see as you look west crossing the Chicago River.Hopefully, the Kennedy family will finally construct a tower @ Wolf Point & at least somewhat block this tower from view & add something worth looking at.
